Step 1: Logon to Another Administrator Account.
Note: If you do not have any other Administrator Account, then go to Step 2.
A) Restart your computer or you can Log Off, and Logon to an Different Administrator Account that doesn't have this Error.
B) If your computer is completed booted up, then go to Step 3.
Step 2: Boot your computer in "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking".
A) Turn on (or Reboot) your computer and while its initializing keep tapping the F8 key till that time you havn't get Advanced Boot Options.
B) If you have the Advanced Boot Options, then Highlight Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking using Up and Down Aero Keys from your Computer Keyboard, and then hit Enter Key from your Keyboard.
C) Log on to your Account and after that, go to Step 3.
Step 3:
Click on Start, type regedit in the search box, and hit Enter.
If UAC (User Account Control) appear, then click on Yes and nevigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
In the left pane, find the one that starts with S-1-5..... and ends with .BAK
Right click it and click Rename, then change the .BAK to .BKP
Right click the one with the same numbering but without the .BAK and add .BAK add the end
Right click the one that you renamed to .BKP and clickRename, delete the .BKP
So basically, you have to switched the both files.
After doing these steps, you can reboot your computer and login to your Username
